Project COntrols Manager for Gas Plant
Project Dates: September 2014 - June 2016
Completed cost reporting and forecasting, planning and schedule management, earned value progress performance and productivity measurement, and change management for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction project phases.
Responsible for the planning, scheduling, and earned value measurement for the full Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Turnover schedule through usage of P6 Scheduling Software. Coordination between multiple disciplines, vendors, and the subcontractors to meet the overall project execution plan. Tracking and review of earned progress measurement to ensure all entities are on schedule to meet major interim milestone dates. Oversees cost control and change management processes to mitigate overall cost and schedule impacts caused by owner scope change requests.
Analyzed and coordinated the Shop Fabricated Pipe weld logs and required progressive examination for field team during the extensive repair effort. This success led to working with the legal team to see the ongoing claim through completion and settlement.

FIELD PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER FOR OIL REFINERY MSAT
Project Dates: August 2013 - September 2014
Responsible for the Construction Schedule, Field Progress Measurement, Material Delivery Coordination, and Punchlist/Turnover Coordination. Completed Physical Quantity Measurement to produce earned value for subcontractors. Coordinated daily work activities between multiple subcontractors and the client to mitigate re-work and stacking of trades.

COST Controls for EPC Gas Plant Project
Project Dates: November 2012 - September 2013
Managed all costs controls related to this greenfield gas plant EPC Project, which was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Responsibilities included internal and external monthly cost reporting, invoice review, man-hour reporting, engineering schedule updates, engineering earned value measurement, change management, and various other items.
Internal Cost SYSTEM TRANSITION
Project Dates: April 2013 - June 2015
Assisted the company in the transition to a new internal system for Cost/Revenue Recognition and Cost Forecasting. Completed modeling of a tool for recognition and analyzing Revenue, Profit, and Risk for projects both in the current phase and forecasting through the end of the job. Taught multiple courses regarding the transition to her peers and the Project Management group regarding Cost Control.
