Opened in 2016, our focus is on revitalizing hundred-year-old homes to keep them around for a hundred more years.  We're passionate about bringing historic neighborhoods into the 21st century while still maintaining the style and character of the original designs.

As the  managing partner for our family business, I've renovated six apartments from basically inhabitable to highly sought after apartments, giving them new life.  Since the renovation completed, I've managed the tenants, maintaining the building and its systems, enforcing occupancy policy, and managing all financial aspects of the business.
